TUITION & FEES
Tuition and fees are payable to “The National Graduate School” on or before the start of each semester for degree candidates, on or before course registration for individual courses, and are non-refundable. Outstanding balances over 30 days are subject to an interest rate of 1.5% per month. If an outside collection agency is used, the student is responsible for payment of all collection costs and at the discretion of The National Graduate School, student status will be suspended or terminated in the event of habitual delinquency. Current Tuition and Fees are stated above. All fees are subject to change without notice at the discretion of The National Graduate School.

STUDENT FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Students are personally responsible for all application, tuition, software, course materials and other fees. Students subsidized by their organization are ultimately responsible for payment of balances that are not paid by their private institution/organization. Degree candidates sign master registration form for all 12 courses.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express or personal check. The National Graduate School will accept direct payment by organizational tuition assistance plans if arrangements for invoicing and payment are made in advance with the Bursar’s Office. Students must pay within 30 days of invoice all tuition and fees not on an established direct payment arrangement by their organization to The National Graduate School.

TAX DEDUCTION
Did you know that tuition is partially tax deductible? Call NGS for form 1098-T. The Internal Revenue Service has approved a portion of tuition as tax deductible for graduate students. Each year a 1098-T is sent to all students for that purpose.
