Students Deliver Results For The Coast Guard A record number of Coast Guard students have completed, their Masters Degree through The National Graduate School. Since 2003, 252 students have completed 89 projects, each contributing to organizational enhancements and savings.

The NGS applied learning methodology combined with the Masters Business Project requirement to provide tangible results provides the Coast Guard with process improvements and innovations that are aligned with its organizational goals. In addition, it provides Coast Guard individuals with an advanced degree and credentials that can be applied to advance in any career direction.

Broad Coverage US Coast Guard students have graduated from sites throughout the nation. NGS provides its Masters program at the students’ location catering to the needs of working adults. NGS Commends Its 252 Coast Guard Graduates Since 2002, members of the Coast Guard have been enrolled in the NGS Masters program. After the initial success of the first group of 27 students who delivered an average 56:1 ROI through their Masters Business Projects, the NGS program was rolled out nationally. Since then, a total of 252 students have earned their Masters degrees, and the Coast Guard has benefited from the results of 89 projects. NGS is proud to be associated with the Coast Guard and to participate with one of the Nation’s most highly dedicated and effective service operations.
