Designed especially for USCG employees,  SPOC, a Single Point of Contact, provides a one-stop information link for USCG attendees at NGS programs to the appropriate information source. NGS assigns a specific person in the SPOC office who will answer your questions and help you navigate the program’s core processes, from downloading materials to preparing for graduation.
